As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our accounting team and looking for a motivated early-career accountant to grow with us.

The Role

As a Junior Staff Accountant, you’ll support our finance team through every stage of the close cycle semi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end. You’ll get hands-on experience with the general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and consolidated financial statements, working closely with experienced team members who will help you build your skills. If you’re a recent accounting graduate or have a year or two of experience and want to deepen your knowledge of the full accounting cycle, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the semi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process, including general ledger and chart of accounts maintenance
• Help review balance sheet account reconciliations and prepare journal entries
• Support preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory
• Prepare monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Maintain fixed asset and prepaid schedules and record monthly depreciation and amortization
• Help prepare monthly accruals and supporting schedules
• Maintain vendor records, collect W-9s, and assist with year-end 1099s
• Keep supporting documentation organized and audit-ready
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or Finance with accounting coursework)
• 0–2 years of accounting experience — internships count, and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Familiarity with general ledger functions, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables) and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear communication skills and eagerness to learn
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality

Nice to Have

• Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP/accounting system
• Month-end close experience, even in an internship setting
• Exposure to pharmacy, healthcare, or inventory-based businesses
• Progress toward a CPA
