Job Overview
Tay’s Burger Shack and Tay's Cheesesteaks is looking for dependable, hardworking, and friendly Crew Members to join our team!
Our Crew Members help keep the restaurant running smoothly while providing great food and great service to every customer. We’re looking for people who work well in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and are willing to jump in wherever needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Take and accurately prepare customer orders
- Cook and assemble menu items according to Tay’s standards
- Handle cash and POS transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete cleaning, stocking, and side-work duties
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work as a team to keep service running efficiently during busy shifts
Requirements
- Valid Food Handler Card required
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Able to communicate and work well with others
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
