Here's what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires: We are looking for a highly experienced Lead AI Engineer with expert-level proficiency in Python and machine learning to guide our AI initiatives and mentor a talented engineering team. As a technical leader, you will architect and oversee the development of innovative AI solutions, ensuring best practices and high standards across all projects. Key Responsibilities ? Architect, design, and lead the development of advanced machine learning models and AI systems using Python. ? Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists. ? Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles: from data collection and preprocessing, through model development, to deployment and monitoring. ? Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define AI strategy and translate business objectives into technical solutions. ? Establish and enforce best practices for coding, model validation, versioning, and reproducibility. ? Review code, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality deliverables. ? Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in AI/ML, and drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies. ? Present technical concepts and project progress to both technical and non-technical audiences. Required Skills & Qualifications ? 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or lead role. ? Expert-level Python programming skills and deep familiarity with ML libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, LangChain, PyTorch, etc.). ? Demonstrated experience architecting and deploying production-grade machine learning systems. ? Strong understanding of data engineering, feature engineering, and big data tools. ? Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and MLOps practices. ? Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. ? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Nice to Have ? Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI models. ? Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation for ML projects. ? Knowledge of Agentic frameworks, and some experience building agents from scratch for enterprise use cases. ? Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $133100.00 - $199700.00/yr.

We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
