We provide quality resources in four specialty areas: Information Technology (IT), Clinical Research, Rehabilitation Therapy and Nursing.Position: Contract ManagerDuration: 1 YearLocation: Painted post, NYDirect client: Immediate interviewJob responsibilities:Develop and deploy appropriately rigorous RFP/SOW/Contract strategy, processes and tools. Structure and manage the contracting process. Partner with VM Manager and other appropriate parties in IT, GSM and Legal to develop and deploy negotiating strategies that establish and reinforce productive provider relationships and ensure delivery of reliable, stable, scalable, cost effective, and secure information technology services Partner with VM Manager and GSM in all external MSP and Strategic Supplier negotiations Establish and maintain collaborative partnership with GSM and Legal to ensure timely and efficient functional support Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with EM, SLM, and IT operations to ensure effective translation of business and technology requirements into market-current RFPs and contracts Establish and maintain collaborative partnership with CM to ensure RFP compliance with financial expectations and requirements Manager Must Haves: Project Mgmt. skills, highly organized, people person who has experience writing RFP/SOW's.Education:4 Year degree required
