Human Resources Expert

Responsibilities Work with the HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs for each area of the business, ensuring the right mix of experience and enthusiasm to deliver on in‑store and digital shopping experiences. Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates with the right skills and experiences to best serve guests. Support team member and leader training needs and advocate continuous learning. Act as an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices. Be approachable and available by listening to team members, collaborating with leaders, and taking action as needed. Deliver on all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize engagement and minimize business disruption. Support the leader in following company compliance policies that mitigate risk to the team member experience. Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests, engaging with them, and demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance. Work safely in accordance with all policies, report hazards, and correct where possible. Perform any other duties required by business needs. Qualifications Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members. Strong communication skills and ability to use multiple frequency devices and handheld scanners. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Resolve guest questions quickly and efficiently. Attention to detail and adherence to multi‑step processes. Remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment while accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes. Accurately handle cash register operations as needed. Lift up to 10 pounds regularly without assistance. Work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other conditions. Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
