Route Sales Representative

45 hours/week. Days off and start times vary week to week, from 4am to 6am. Must be available on weekends and holidays. Cover routes while our RSRs are sick or on vacation. Job Description $64,000 / year target earnings. $2,000 retention bonus paid within one year of employment (based on performance and eligibility). Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay! We deliver, sell, and merchandize FritoLay’s complete line of products—including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more—to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you drive a FritoLay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise products, and partner with store managers to increase sales and maintain records throughout the day. Although you will start out as a Route Sales Representative for FritoLay, we invest in helping you grow with us. This role can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo. Key Responsibilities Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our team members. Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers. Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives. Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time. Work in a fun, fast‑paced, and physical environment; you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Minimum Qualifications Be 21 years of age or older. Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
