Position Radiology Technologist II (X-Ray/CT Technologist) Location: Blythe, California Position Type: Full-Time Shift Availability: Night Shift Night Shift Differential: Earn an additional $2.25 per hour for all hours worked between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radiology Technologist II to join our Radiology Department. The ideal candidate will be licensed in X-ray and have experience in CT; CT certification is preferred. The Radiology Technologist II is responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring high-quality imaging and exceptional patient care. Examples of Responsibilities Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures (X-ray) following established protocols and safety standards. Conduct CT scans with precision, ensuring high-quality images and patient safety. Prepare patients for radiologic examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort. Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring it is clean and functioning properly. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Document and maintain accurate patient records and imaging reports. Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technician, preferably in a hospital setting. BLS Certification required Minimum of 1 years of experience in CT imaging; CT license preferred. Strong knowledge of radiographic and CT imaging procedures and safety protocols.
