Job Posting LPN – LTC – PT – $4,000 Sign-on Bonus. Part‑time Night with rotation as needed. Responsibilities An LPN, under physician supervision, assesses, plans, and administers direct patient care in the office. Responsibilities include nursing functions such as patient education, supervising the clinical area, answering patients’ medical questions, reviewing laboratory and test reports, handling medical emergencies, and performing computer tasks (nursing notes, H+P’s, scheduling). The LPN also prepares pre‑authorizations and maintains charts for lap banding. Qualifications Minimum of two years experience in a specialty services clinic or physician office.
