The search is on for an experienced Restaurant Manager. Pasta Jay’s is an iconic Italian restaurant located in the heart of Downtown Boulder. We’ve been open for over 36 years because of our high-volume atmosphere, historic food and outstanding customer service. We are seeking someone that can uphold our standards, build on our renowned reputation, displays excellent leadership, has extraordinary attention to detail, is extremely disciplined, and approaches each day with unprecedented enthusiasm. Job Responsibilities:

Food quality
Customer satisfaction
Reservation management & large parties
Oversees all aspects of the restaurant
Those who understand numbers and business
Liquor ordering and inventory management
Managing labor & scheduling
Reaching revenue objectives
Grasping profitability goals
Exemplifies our famous brand & company values
Showcases superb organization & cleanliness, time management and effective communication

Qualifications:

Restaurant Management experience, preferably in full-service
Passion for customer service, food quality, and creating memorable experiences
