This role requires an experienced IT Business Analyst who can effectively translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. The position involves working closely with development teams and business partners to implement scalable solutions and contribute to agile processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• Prior experience as a business analyst working on significant technical delivery.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical, business, and quantitative model partners and stakeholders.
• Experience in synthesizing complex data into actionable analysis and presentations to non-technical partners.
• Prior experience with agile methodologies and JIRA.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

• Expertise in project management tools.
• Prior experience working in Risk technology or risk management.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)

• Understand business requirements and lead analysis and translation into technical requirements, budgeting, and technical documentation.
• Review technical requirements with the development team to ensure they meet business partner needs and are scalable for long-term strategy.
• Perform complex analytical and data analysis, helping to design data models and strategic solutions.
• Contribute to agile routines, including sprint and capacity planning, prioritization, and backlog maintenance.
• Review initial testing/implementation to ensure accuracy of implementation.
