Part time Night Auditor

Night Audit The Homewood Suites by Hilton in Sioux Falls is now hiring for Front Desk Night Audit. Shift hours are overnight shifts Thursday- Saturday from 11pm-7am. The Front Desk Agent is a member of the Front Office Team. He/She is responsible for: maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times; welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone. As part of this job, this individual is required to: demonstrate good computer skills; accurately handle cash and charges; stand for long periods of time; present friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented demeanor; coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in; supply guests with directions and information regarding property, and local areas of interest; follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; light laundry, set up and ready guest breakfast and perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Requirements High School graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate Compute basic arithmetic Must have good understanding of the English language Good communication skills both verbal and written Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent preferred but not required. Must be able to lift 30 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and work in a fast paced environment Must be available nights and weekends, to include some holidays This position could lead to advancement opportunities.
