If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Windows Systems Administration - SECRET Clearance to join our team in Newport News, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).Job Duties:Windows System Administration: Maintain, upgrade, and support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and enterprise workstations.VMware Management: Deploy, configure, and optimize VMware ESXi, vSphere, and vCenter solutions.Horizon View Implementation: Support VDI environments, manage virtual desktop configurations, and ensure seamless end-user experience.Security & Compliance: Implement system hardening, patch management, and access controls per organizational standards.Troubleshooting & Support: Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, diagnosing and resolving system/network issues efficiently.Performance Optimization: Monitor system health, implement automation, and fine-tune configurations to improve operational efficiency.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, troubleshooting steps, and system changes.Work environment: Industrial shipyardBasic Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows system administration.Minimum 5 years of experience in VMwareMinimum 2 years of experience with VMware ESXi, vSphereMinimum 2 years of experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.CompTIA Security +, equivalent or higherOpertating Systems certification within 90 days of startActive DOD Secret (SSBI) T5 clearance eligble. Preferred Qualifications: Undergraduate/bachelors degree Experience with Horizon View is preferredNTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $83,520 - $125,280. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
