Job Description
This position will encompass a range of responsibilities including contact with clients and the social security office, and preparing correspondence. Looking for someone that has experience working with the public. Must have good communication skills and the ability to empathize. Important skills are professional phone manner, ability to prioritize, multi-task and problem solve. Must be computer literate and have experience with Microsoft Word.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients and social security offices
- Process all documents received
- Upload information to the social security system
- Qualifications
- Office experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Spanish speaker is a plus
