Maintenance Lead

We are looking for a dependable, skilled, and customer-focused Lead Maintenance Technician to join our growing apartment community team. If you are passionate about people, property, and making a difference we’d love to meet you! What You'll Do Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner. Perform apartment turns, including make-ready repairs. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general maintenance issues. Maintains physical condition of entire property. Assist Property Manager in controlling operation expenses within the budgeted guidelines. Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections throughout the community. Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies. Deliver exceptional customer service to our residents. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. What We Are Looking For Previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience preferred. Must have EPA Certification Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and carpentry. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
