This includes reading and implementing plan‑ograms, new item placement, void corrections, and special merchandising activity. The role requires a self‑starter, quick learner, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment. What will you do? Read and follow a plan‑ogram to complete reset and remodel work; maintain merchandising and retail terminology knowledge. Move and clean shelves, install new racks and shelves, display merchandise properly, place shelf strips and attach tags, check date codes and plan‑ogram integrity, and process pack‑outs, restocks and reorders as needed. Partner with store personnel and co‑workers to achieve and maintain merchandising excellence, discuss changes, and build effective working relationships. Prepare, process, submit, and manage documentation related to assigned reset and remodel work accurately and efficiently. Perform work safely by demonstrating awareness of surroundings, using proper safety techniques and equipment, and proactively alerting management to any unsafe acts or conditions to prevent injuries. Understand and follow all Acosta policies and standard operating procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. At least 1 year of experience reading and using planograms; retail and reset experience preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business partners. Comfortable using technology (smartphones, computers, copiers/faxes, handheld devices). Demonstrated core competencies: Quality Commitment, Detail Orientation, Customer Service, Communication Skills, efficient work with web‑based applications, and strong interpersonal, organizational, decision‑making and leadership skills. Willingness and ability to work in cold environments (refrigerated and freezer sections) for limited periods. Must be at least 21 years of age to obtain necessary travel credentials.
