Your Contributions Matter As our Service Advisor, you will: Welcome customers and assist with repair and maintenance needs Serve as the central communication hub for the service department Monitor and manage work orders from start to finish Coordinate with technicians to ensure jobs meet company standards Oversee technician performance and MST usage Help manage department costs and maintain service efficiency Address challenges proactively and keep the team aligned with departmental goals Your leadership, organization, and communication skills will directly impact customer satisfaction and team success.
