Construction Controller

Our client, a well-established and growing construction company, is seeking an experienced Construction Controller to lead the accounting function and partner closely with the CFO. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to make a meaningful impact while supporting the company's continued growth. What You\'ll Get to Do Lead the day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close. Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports. Oversee job costing, WIP schedules, and percentage-of-completion (POC) accounting. Manage and develop the accounting team. Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Support audits, tax compliance, and process improvements. What You Need to Succeed Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of Controller or senior accounting leadership experience. Construction accounting experience is required. Strong knowledge of WIP, job costing, and POC accounting. CPA is preferred, but not required.
