These are non-bargaining unit positions. Duties As a Building Manager, you will perform the following duties: Manages assigned contractual duties as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Manages minor renovation and remove construction projects. Manages facilities in an energy-efficient manner through proper control of building systems. Maintains health and safety training. You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess one of the following: Experience: One (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Provides technical support and advice on building operations, maintenance, repair and alteration programs. Salary The salary range indicated in this announcement reflects the lowest and highest potential salaries for this position.
