What You’ll Do Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions Provide caregiver training and support Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed Maintain accurate clinical documentation Treatment plan reviews Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs What We’re Looking For Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience working with children preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills A collaborative, team-focused approach Passion for helping children and families Why You’ll Love Blue Gems ABA 1.
