This is demonstrated in baseline and comparative documentation, entered in a timely manner, and with evidence of age-appropriate consideration when care is planned, delivered, and evaluated.Incumbent will be utilized in different units within the MAC (Moffitt Ambulatory Clinic) to ensure quality patient care and appropriate staffing needs are met.The Professional Practice Model graphic and Duffy's caring factors are attached.The Moffitt Cancer Center at Wesley Chapel (MWC) serves as a comprehensive satellite clinic providing Moffitt expected clinical expertise.
