Product Manager, Developer Experience

Owning the evaluation journey for developer experience, the full-time Product Manager, Developer Experience will manage the end-to-end process of how teams evaluate Keycard, focusing on improving onboarding, integration, and self-guided paths in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Define and measure the evaluation journey from initial contact through credential exchange to production decision Set evaluation milestones and metrics for product, engineering, and go-to-market teams Enhance the developer experience by improving SDK quickstarts, CLI onboarding, and documentation Required qualifications Experience as a Product Manager on developer products, particularly in evaluation and adoption Technical proficiency to engage with engineers and analyze SDKs and APIs Strong understanding of developer experience and the ability to articulate its nuances Ability to work with instrumentation and data analysis to identify evaluation drop-off points Excellent writing skills for creating documentation and problem statements
