Position SummaryResurrection Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-EligibleInternal Medicine Physicianto join an outpatient primary care practice. This position offers a unique blend of community-based primary care with academic involvement, including teaching and mentoring internal medicine residents.This is an excellent opportunity for a physician passionate about longitudinal patient care, preventive medicine, and medical education in a collaborative, well-supported setting.

Responsibilities

Practice Details

•  100% outpatient primary care  •  Monday–Friday schedule   •  Established patient panel with strong referral base  •  Integrated care model with access to specialists and hospital services  •  Opportunity to help shape resident outpatient education

Teaching & Academic Responsibilities

•  Supervise and precept internal medicine residents in the outpatient clinic  •  Participate in resident education, mentorship, and professional development  •  Collaborate with program leadership on quality improvement and educational initiatives  •  Academic appointment available (rank commensurate with experience)

Qualifications

•  MD or DO degree  •  Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine  •  Eligible for Illinois medical licensure  •  Interest or experience in resident teaching strongly preferred  •  Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $270,000 -$300,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
