Director, Fund Finance Credit Risk Officer

Leading international bank seeking a Director, Specialized Finance Credit Risk to join its New York team, focused on credit decisioning and oversight of a significant Fund Finance portfolio. This is a senior Credit Officer role, responsible for assessing, approving, and managing risk across complex Fund Finance transactions, including subscription facilities, NAV facilities, and sponsor-backed lending. Key Requirements 10+ years’ experience in Fund Finance, Subscription Finance, or Specialized Finance Credit Risk with substantial credit approval / decisioning experience within a banking environment. Proven ability to make independent credit recommendations and exercise sound judgement. Deep understanding of fund structures, borrowing bases, LP/investor analysis, sponsor risk, and risk mitigation. Experience managing complex transactions and presenting credit views to senior stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bruin
