Principal Anaplan Architect

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Principal Anaplan Solution Architect will serve as a strategic partner to Finance and Human Resources, overseeing end-to-end Anaplan solution architecture while advising senior leaders on enterprise planning and data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities Own the end-to-end Anaplan solution architecture across Workforce Planning and Workforce Management domains Define and maintain the overall architectural vision and standards for Anaplan across the organization Lead the design and implementation of Anaplan modules for Finance and Human Resources, ensuring alignment with business strategy Required qualifications Ten or more years of experience with Anaplan, including model development and solution architecture Proven experience supporting Finance and Human Resources planning and analytics functions Strong understanding of financial planning, workforce management, and organizational design principles Experience integrating Anaplan with enterprise platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, and Snowflake Hands-on experience with integration tools including Anaplan Connect, APIs, or MuleSoft
