Assistant Property Manager / Maintenance Technician

LionsGate Property Management, is seeking a motivated and dependable  Assistant Property Manager / Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and enjoys solving problems while helping maintain residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily property management operations
• Coordinate and communicate with tenants, vendors, and contractors
• Maintain records, schedules, and property documentation
• Perform property inspections as needed
• Address maintenance requests and assist with basic repairs
• Help ensure properties are maintained to company standards
• Identify issues and implement practical solutions

Requirements:

• Computer literate and comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and property management software
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Results-oriented mindset
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Professional communication and customer service abilities
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minor handyman or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
• Previous property management experience is helpful but not required

Compensation: Based on experience Range $23-$30 an hour.
