Assistant Project ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesManage and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentsTrack equipment, materials, deliveries, and procurementSupport the PM with scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and cost trackingAssist with BIM coordination and prefabricationVisit job sites to monitor progress, materials, punch lists, and field coordinationCoordinate with vendors, subcontractors, GCs, and field teamsAssist with commissioning, inspections, warranties, and project closeoutHelp ensure projects meet quality and safety requirementsQualifications3–5 years of experience in mechanical/plumbing construction, project management, or project engineeringExperience with a mechanical contractor, GC, or MEP subcontractor preferredStrong understanding of commercial mechanical and plumbing systemsAbility to read MEP drawings and specificationsFamiliarity with HVAC and plumbing equipment such as AHUs, pumps, chillers, VAVs, and hydronic systemsExperience with submittals, RFIs, and project documentationProcore and Bluebeam experience preferred/requiredMicrosoft Office proficiencyBIM experience with Navisworks or Revit is a plusScheduling software experience such as P6 or MS Project is a plusTrade/field background such as plumber, pipefitter, or HVAC mechanic is a strong advantageBachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent field or trade experience will be considered
