What You’ll Do: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment using the latest diagnostic software and tools. Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure customer vehicles are road-ready. Work independently to identify issues and implement solutions efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with a tight-knit team of professionals in a cooperative, family-oriented environment. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Proven background as a Diesel Technician in the semi truck or heavy equipment industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency with modern diagnostic software and tools to pinpoint and resolve mechanical and electrical issues. Self-Starter: A self-reliant and accountable individual who takes ownership of their work. Team Player: Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues while contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere. Drug Screen: Must pass a standard drug screening. CDL (Preferred): A Commercial Driver’s License is a plus but not required for this position.
