Your responsibilities will include: Assist Physical Therapists in developing and carrying out individualized treatment plans Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities Administer therapeutic modalities, including massage, traction, and ultrasound treatments Monitor patient progress and communicate treatment outcomes to the supervising Physical Therapist Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting recovery and independence Qualifications Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active state Physical Therapy Assistant license or American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) certification Minimum 1-2 years of full-time Physical Therapy Assistant experience Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Current Lifeguard Certification For employees who commit to at least 28 hours per week, we offer an excellent comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) plan, health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, LTD, STD, FSA, group term life insurance, and employee assistance program.
