Job Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN) or other licensed health care professionals
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record vital signs, medical conditions, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
