As Lead of Housekeeping , you’ll play an essential role in enriching the lives of seniors, creating meaningful connections, and making a difference every single day.

Your Role:

As the Housekeeping Lead , your role includes leading and overseeing the housekeeping team to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness throughout the community, both indoors and outdoors.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage all housekeeping and laundry operations in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness across resident apartments, public areas, and support spaces
• Maintain a safe environment by enforcing safety protocols, including PPE, MSDS, fire safety, and equipment procedures
• Oversee infection control practices, including proper handling and disposal of biohazard materials
• Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff in alignment with operational and budgetary guidelines
• Develop and implement cleaning routines, procedures, and quality standards
• Manage department budget, including labor and supply expenses
• Order, track, and maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies within budget
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of all housekeeping equipment
• Partner with residents to coordinate housekeeping services and respond promptly to service requests
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns to appropriate leadership
• Participate in safety drills, trainings, and departmental programs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to housekeeping operations
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Two (2) years supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, daily operations supervision required
• Three (3) years housekeeping and/or laundry operations experience preferred
• Associates degree preferred
