We are seeking an experienced Lead Restoration & Mitigation Technician with strong understanding of residential and commercial building and restoration processes. This role is ideal for a technically skilled restoration professional who understands drying science, leads from the front, and holds teams accountable for quality and compliance.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Incumbent must be prepared to:
• Move up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.  
• Must be able to wear respirator and safety gear when job conditions warrant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead water damage restoration, fire and smoke mitigation, and related remediation projects
• Direct daily jobsite operations for technicians and subcontractors
• Perform and verify moisture inspections, moisture mapping, and psychrometric calculations
• Determine appropriate drying, cleaning, containment, and deodorization strategies in coordination with Project Management
• Set up, monitor, and adjust drying, filtration, and air scrubber equipment
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company SOPs
• Document moisture readings, equipment placement, job progress, and photos using restoration software

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or crew lead experience
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Availability for emergency response and on-call rotation
