Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Kansas Occupational Therapist Licensure (KS OT required)
• School-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, staff, and families
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience working with children and teens with a range of abilities and backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services in alignment with students’ IEP goals
• Develop and implement individualized plans for students aged PreK to 21
• Conduct assessments and re-evaluations as needed to inform interventions
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Provide resources, strategies, and coaching to teachers and caregivers
• Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines for school-based OT
