Availability requirement: Sunday availability is required.

What you'll do: Line cooks are responsible for the food guests rave about! You will prep for and prepare delicious dishes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Candidates must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. Restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone with a great attitude and willingness to work hard.

Line cooks responsibilities:

• Recipe adherence
• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service in a timely manner
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Answer, report and follow executive chef or kitchen manager's instructions
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, of high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Arrive on time and in clean, pressed uniform with a positive attitude ready to work
