Kettering Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Physician Office in Troy, OH. This full-time, first-shift position supports patient care under supervision, including medication administration, monitoring, and detailed documentation. The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited LPN program with a current Ohio license and BLS certification (or the ability to obtain within 30 days).
