Compliance Audit Manager

Leading audit engagements for compliance, the full-time salaried Compliance Audit Manager will manage end-to-end audit projects, evaluate control design and effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to strengthen compliance governance and risk management. Key Responsibilities Serve as Auditor in Charge (AIC), managing audit engagements, planning projects, and coordinating with stakeholders for effective execution Analyze audit results, synthesize findings, and lead client meetings and walkthroughs to evaluate control effectiveness Guide team members in validating corrective actions and conducting post-audit feedback discussions to support their development Required Qualifications 5+ years of audit experience, preferably with a Big Four or G-SIB Understanding of Compliance Management Systems (CMS) and regulatory compliance frameworks Knowledge of consumer compliance requirements and applicable financial services regulations Strong leadership skills to drive team performance in a fast-paced environment Experience with data analysis and the ability to apply critical thinking to complex problems
