Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Specialist

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine their needs, and recommend products. The role emphasizes prompt resolution of concerns, accurate sales processing, and maintaining product presentation and store standards. Responsibilities include in-person and phone assistance, building customer relationships, stock handling, tinting/mixing to spec, and supporting delivery activities as needed.
