We are currently hiring for two specific full-time shifts (please indicate your preference when applying):

• Option 1: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Option 2: Tuesday – Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $22.00 / hour (Dependent on Experience)

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Scheduler , you will be the face and voice of Paradise Home Services. Operating out of our local office, you will handle inbound inquiries and conduct proactive follow-ups to coordinate technician schedules, book maintenance appointments, and ensure our customers receive seamless, 5-star service.

• Appointment Booking: Manage high-volume inbound calls and conduct outbound follow-ups to schedule service, maintenance, and system installation appointments.

• Dispatch & Logistics Coordination: Deliver precise appointment details to field technicians and sales teams to ensure efficient routing and on-time service.

• Data Entry & Tracking: Accurately log call metrics, booking rates, and interaction notes in our dispatching software.

• Customer Care: Connect with homeowners post-service to ensure total satisfaction and uphold Paradise Home Services' high standard of care.

• Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks, paperwork, and branch support as requested.

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

• Experience: 1+ years in customer service, call center, or office environments preferred (home services or dispatch experience is a huge plus!).

• License: Valid driver’s license.

• Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written skills—capable of turning everyday inquiries into scheduled appointments.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable operating multi-line phones, scheduling software, and standard office tools.

• Multi-Tasking: Ability to juggle phone calls, scheduling grids, and administrative tasks with strong attention to detail.

• Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance aligned with your assigned shift schedule.

• Standard professional office setting.

• Ability to operate computers, phones, and peripheral office equipment daily.

• Ability to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods.
