Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Mobile Growth

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive growth for mobile apps and consumer-facing digital products. This person will combine strong paid media execution with strategic thinking, using data and experimentation to acquire users, improve conversion, and scale campaigns profitably. You should have direct experience building and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok, along with the ability to communicate performance insights clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Own campaign execution: Personally build, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant performance channels.
• Drive mobile app growth: Develop and execute acquisition strategies focused on app installs, registrations, subscriptions, and downstream revenue.
• Manage performance and budgets: Monitor campaign spend and key metrics, including CAC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV, making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and scale results.
• Lead testing and optimization: Experiment with creative concepts, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop growth strategies: Build forward-looking growth plans, set performance targets, and adjust channel strategies based on results and business objectives.
• Analyze mobile attribution: Use measurement tools and methodologies, including mobile measurement partners (MMPs), SKAN, and incrementality testing, to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Communicate with clients: Lead performance discussions, explain complex data in clear business terms, present recommendations, and build strong, trusted relationships.
• Collaborate across teams: Partner with creative, analytics, and other marketing specialists to turn insights into effective campaigns and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and improve processes: Support junior marketers, share channel expertise, and explore AI tools and automation to improve campaign execution, reporting, and analysis.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, user acquisition, or growth marketing.
• Proven hands-on experience building and optimizing paid campaigns , particularly across Google Ads and Meta, with TikTok experience also highly valued.
• Direct experience driving growth for mobile apps. Experience with subscription-based apps, consumer apps, or mobile-first products is particularly relevant.
• Strong understanding of the mobile acquisition funnel, from installs and registrations through subscriptions, retention, and revenue.
• Experience working with performance metrics such as CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates.
• Familiarity with mobile attribution, MMPs such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, SKAN, and incrementality testing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate campaign data into clear insights, explain the reasoning behind recommendations, and communicate confidently with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify performance trends, diagnose issues, and take ownership of solutions.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day campaign execution.
• Experience using AI tools or automation to improve marketing workflows, reporting, analysis, or campaign management.
• Experience in an agency environment or managing multiple client accounts is beneficial. In-house mobile growth experience is also welcome.
