Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Job Overview We are looking for dedicated LVNs to provide quality home‑based care to patients. You will work one‑on‑one with patients and families, impacting their lives and helping meet positive patient care outcomes. The role offers consistent, long‑term opportunities with flexible schedules. Responsibilities Direct patient care under RN supervision. Follow the plan of care, provide treatments, and collaborate with team members to meet positive patient care outcomes.
