About the Role:
As an Activities Assistant, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing activities programs that cater to the diverse interests of our residents, including arts and crafts, games, exercise classes, and social events.
• Coordinating with caregivers and other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication.
• Conducting assessments and gather feedback to continuously improve the activities program and ensure resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field or experience in activities programming preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively coordinate activities and maintain accurate records.
