Are you a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and a great work ethic? We are looking for a Call Center Representative (Member Advocate I) to join our team in Reno, NV! In this role, you will be the frontline voice of our company, delivering exceptional service to members via phone and email, processing requests accurately, and helping communicate exciting auto programs and special promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced contact center environment.

• Relationship Building: Build positive, professional relationships with members, employees, and management.

• Detail-Oriented Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all communications with dealers and members in our shared databases.

• Program Knowledge: Clearly explain auto programs, promotions, and special offers to members (and potentially assist in dealer training).

• Quality Assurance: Perform post-purchase surveys and serve as a Contact Center Filter as needed.

• Team Performance: Adhere to all established company policies while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education/Experience: High school diploma/GED, OR 1–3 months of related experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills.

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a typing speed of at least 35 WPM.

• Quality Focus: Ability to maintain a minimum quality monitoring score of 95% or above following initial training.

• Reliability: Outstanding attendance, punctuality, and a positive, team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• May be required to work as a Contact Center Filter.
