Sr. Financial Analyst

Brand Finance Team MemberThe Brand Finance team is responsible for the full P&L for the Generous Brands beverage portfolio. This team member is a key link between the R&D, Operations, and Finance teams. This job contributes to Generous Brands success by supporting the development of monthly forecasting and reporting, annual budgets, and strategic financial plans.Strategic Finance LeadershipExecute the monthly actualization process including P&L variance analyses, insights, and issue resolutionSupport the monthly forecasting process, including projecting and explaining financial performance on a rolling 18 month basisSupport the build of the annual budget and strategic plansAnalyze complex financial data to identify trends, assess risks, and uncover opportunities, delivering actionable recommendations to business leadersCollaborate with R&D, operations and logistics teams to integrate financial insights into strategic decisionsProductivity & Growth ProjectsPartner with cross-functional teams to evaluate, model, and financialize savings initiatives around labor efficiencies, strategic sourcing, and equipment effectivenessSupport financial analysis of productivity initiatives, quantifying potential savings and ROI to drive decision-makingProcess OptimizationIdentifies key issues and weaknesses, provides solutions for improvement, and manages the implementation of system enhancementsManages cross-functional integration with the company business planning calendarWorks with cross-functional teams to improve processes, set targets, develop plans, conduct analyses, and measure resultsRequired Skills and AbilitiesAbility to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writingAbility to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamAdvanced skills in Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detailAbility to use and maintain complex financial modelsKnowledge of financial and management accounting principlesMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field3–5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or related fieldPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting a CPG or manufacturing businessExperience partnering cross-functionally with commercial and operations teamsFamiliarity with ERP systems and financial planning toolsMBA or CPA a plusHours & WorkdaysMonday through Friday 8:00-5:00pm.What We Offer Plus More!Medical, Dental & VisionGroup Life and AD&DVoluntary Life and AD&DGroup Short & Long-Term Disability401(k)Paid Time OffFlexible Spending AccountsEmployee Assistance ProgramGym Membership DiscountsEqual Employment OpportunityWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a culturally diverse organization.
