Strategic Development Operations Lead

Xavier University of Louisiana is seeking a Development Operations & Administration Manager for the XOCOM medical school. This critical role will be responsible for building and managing the operational infrastructure that supports fundraising efforts and ensures efficient execution of Development activities. The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of Development operations experience, strong project management skills, and comfort with ambiguity. The position requires the ability to manage multiple demands and projects, as well as excellent communication skills across teams.
