Key Responsibilities Conceptualize, refine, and execute diverse graphic design initiatives. Develop digital and conventional print‑ready materials. Create comprehensive visual programs across various consumer touchpoints. Effectively manage creative requests throughout project lifecycles. Produce rapid‑turnaround product mocks to bolster sales and marketing endeavors. Translate rough mockups and renders into print‑ready assets. Maintain and update project details using workflow management tools (DAM/PIM). Provide comprehensive briefs to external vendors, ensuring clarity and context. Collaborate and troubleshoot with co‑packers and print partners. Advocate for and uphold standard operational procedures. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3 years of applied graphic design experience. Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop. Skilled in 2D rendering. Familiarity with DAM/PIM and established workflow systems is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Passion for brands, adept at building communication hierarchies. Proficiency in visually narrating compelling stories. Personal Characteristics Adapt quickly to shifting project priorities. Salary The expected starting salary range for this role is $90,000- $105,000 per year . We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
