Mission Readiness Associate 2

Our client, an AV manufacturing company, is looking for a Mission Readiness Associate 2 for their Miami, FL location. Responsibilities include ensuring the vehicles, equipment, and workplace are clean and ready for use, providing logistical support for the movement and storage of vehicles and equipment, assisting with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readiness, performing routine charging of test vehicles and supporting equipment, executing mission prep procedures, providing support as a member of the Incident Response Team during vehicle recovery scenarios, and supporting the readiness of spare parts and the associated inventory. Secondary responsibilities include providing hands-on technical support to the BaseOps technicians and general testing support.

Requirements include 2-4 years of work experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, a "get it done" attitude, safety-first mindset, and a sense of urgency to resolve problems and tasks, proven ability to problem solve and deliver on high-pressure situations, proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deliverables, excellent written/verbal communication skills, and working well in a team environment. Preferred qualifications include a technical trade school certificate or Associate Degree in automotive repair, proficiency with Jira/Confluence, proficiency with MS Office/Google Suites, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
