Product Owner

Job Description The Product Owner will drive priorities for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud engineering team, translating business needs into clear user stories and ensuring solutions meet expectations. They will partner across development, architecture, IT, and business teams to remove blockers and advance initiatives involving Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, email, SMS, segmentation, and Marketing Cloud Next. Skills and Requirements • 3+ years of Product Owner experience, with the ability to step into a senior-level role and contribute quickly. • Strong hands-on functional knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Development/coding experience is not required. • Experience working within an Agile environment and managing development backlogs/user stories. • Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams. • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across development teams, IT leadership, and business stakeholders. • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next is highly preferred. • Experience supporting Salesforce Data Cloud integrations or initiatives. • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO); Jira or similar experience is transferable. • Financial services or another regulated-industry background is preferred. • Salesforce certifications We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
