Job Requirement:QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.Minimum of one year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice.Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record according to company policy.Local state inspection license is preferred.Physical RequirementsAbility to work in a shop environment exposed to noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives.Capability to lift at least 100 pounds.Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, and use hands to operate tools and equipment.Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching is necessary.Good visual acuity including close, distance, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.Safe operation of equipment and movement of vehicles required.CompetenciesDemonstrates ethical behavior and fosters teamwork.Adheres to company policies, laws, and regulations.Provides excellent customer service efficiently and fairly.Maintains professionalism, integrity, and avoids conflicts of interest.Communicates clearly and professionally.Effectively prioritizes tasks and manages time.Ensures quality and accuracy in all work.Reliable and punctual with responsiveness to management.Follows safety protocols and uses equipment correctly.
