Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Operators for a leading manufacturing supplier located in Duluth, MN. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!

Assemble electronic components using processes such as winding, soldering (components and printed circuit boards), crimping, masking, encapsulating, conformal coating, and epoxy application.

Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of products.

Test parts, subassemblies, and finished products and accurately record results.

Document test data, procedures, and materials as required.

Use mechanical measuring tools and equipment.

Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing team members to improve product quality and efficiency.

Perform assigned tasks according to instructions.

Report equipment malfunctions, defects, or failures to supervisors or responsible personnel.

Follow all safety, environmental, and workplace regulations related to assigned tasks.

Basic computer skills.

Basic math skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Good eyesight and the ability to work with small components.

Ability to use a microscope.

Ability to set up and operate manufacturing equipment such as winders, mold presses, ovens, and test equipment.

Soldering skills are preferred.
