Responsibilities include: answering phones, making appointments, confirming and filing insurance claims, and word processing skills. Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome patients
Answer, screen and forward phone calls
Provide accurate information in-person and via phones
Receive and distribute mail
Proficient word processing/typing skills
Good communication skills
Great customer service attitude
Schedule appointments
Filing insurance claims
Set up financial contract
