Business Field Sales Executive
Grow Your Sales Career and earn a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Eligible new hires can earn a $3,000 sign-on bonus in three $1,000 installments at 60 days, 90 days, and six months, subject to program requirements.
We're looking for motivated, energetic, and people-focused individuals to join our Business Sales team as a Business Field Sales Executive. If you're competitive, driven, outgoing, and excited by the idea of building relationships and helping local businesses succeed - we want to meet you!
What We Offer
$3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires: Earn $1,000 at 60 days, $1,000 at 90 days, and $1,000 at six months, subject to program requirements.
Base Salary: $55,000/year + Uncapped Commission+ performance bonuses!

What You'll Be Doing
This is not a desk job; you'll be out in the field building relationships and growing your territory.
Connect with small and medium-sized businesses in your assigned territory
Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads
Learn how to confidently present technology and broadband solutions
Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Use Salesforce and sales tools to manage your pipeline and track progress
Collaborate with leadership and teammates to hit goals and grow your book of business

Preferred Qualifications
Sales, customer service, athletics, leadership programs, internships, or campus involvement are a plus
Microsoft Office experience

This is an outside sales role, meaning you'll spend about 80% of your time in the field meeting with businesses
You'll work outdoors and travel throughout your territory
